While there is no mandatory HOA or applicable covenants at Stella Maris, there is a voluntary home owner's association and a $500 annual fee for renters and owners to use the resort swimming pools. Barring September and October low season (resort shuts), property rental list price is $300 a night. Property is perfectly located for both Stella Maris Airport and Marina.
