All plywood is 3/4-inch pressure treated and all interior, and exterior lumber is pressure treated. The roof is engineered for 180 M.P.H. wind loads with the highest rated tie downs that Simpson strong ties. The walls are 5,000 P.S.I. concrete with fiberglass, from the top of the house to the bottom with 2-inch dense foam added to all exterior walls, both inside, and outside. All walls, ceilings, interior, and exterior are covered with concrete board, no drywall, and all electrical is upgraded above code. Each kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave, while the laundry room features a washer and dryer. 15 KW Perkins diesel generator, air conditioning units and ceiling fans throughout.
