He is recognized as a Certified International Property Specialist and has also been designated a Certified Residential Specialist by the National Association of Realtors. Peter is a graduate of St. Andrew's College and McGill University in Canada, and a commercial pilot whose knowledge of the entire Bahamas is unmatched. He has sold property from the smallest island outpost to large commercial and resort properties like the Sheraton Grand Hotel to RIU Hotels on world famous Paradise Island and the now famous Palm Cay Resort and Marina to the initial developers.
